During the visit, Sheikh Hamdan was briefed on some of the critical transformative smart initiatives of Dubai Civil Defence, including the Dubai Civil Defense Preparedness Programme, the Smart Environment Preparedness Programme, and digital transformation in terms of security management. incidents.
He also received an update on DCD’s key performance metrics, exemplified by notable improvements in performance and outstanding results in global competitiveness. These include achievements in reducing the incidence of fires, deaths and injuries per 100,000 people. Sheikh Hamdan also met children of Civil Defense martyrs.
