TUS Airways, Cyprus’ largest and leading airline, operated its first flight to Dubai on Sunday, October 1, 2023.
Tus Airways flight U8 684, operated by a modern Airbus A320 aircraft, was welcomed with an opening ceremony attended by Giorgos Papanastasiou, Minister of Energy, Trade and Industry of Cyprus; Meropi Christofi, ambassador of Cyprus to the United Arab Emirates; Majed Al Joker, chief operating officer of Dubai Airports; and Ahmed Aly, CEO of TUS Airways.
The new service between Larnaca and Dubai represents YOUR Airways first scheduled service to the Middle East region and marks an important milestone, offering customers very convenient hours and excellent value for money.
YOUR airways is committed to making Dubai’s cosmopolitan wonders more accessible than ever to the Cypriot market while playing a key role in establishing Cyprus as a destination topping the discovery bucket list for both Emiratis and for expats based in the United Arab Emirates.
During the official launch ceremony, Ahmed Aly, CEO of TUS Airways, fixed:
“We are delighted to launch this new direct service to Dubai, a long-awaited addition to our expanded network. We are confident that this new route will further strengthen tourism and trade ties between the United Arab Emirates and Cyprus, while providing our customers with an excellent value for money option for traveling between both countries.

YOUR airways operates flights between Larnaca and DXB Terminal 1 twice a week, on Thursdays and Sundays, with fares offering the best value in the market, starting from just AED 530 each way (including all taxes).
