United Arab Emirates opens mobile hospital in earthquake-affected Afghanistan

Abu Dhabi: In implementation of directives from the President, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Joint Operations Command of the Ministry of Defense announced the launch of a humanitarian operation in the Herat area of ​​the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan to provide assistance essential humanitarian aid to the Afghan people affected by the powerful earthquake that hit the area recently.

Measures have been taken to open a field hospital to help those affected in the early hours of Saturday, in addition to medical supplies and medicines, in order to provide the necessary health care and perform advanced surgical operations on the injured.
