An application to merge the service must be submitted within “three months” of joining the new entity; The amendment applies retroactively to those whose service period ended after July 1, 2023.

Pensioners or people who meet the criteria to be entitled to a pension are not included in the Shurak program, nor those who have worked less than one year since they are insured, are not entitled to receive a bonus for termination of service if they have remained less than one year in an entity.
Insureds cannot claim an end-of-service bonus for their previous years of employment after having completed the Shurak procedures.
