Dubai Chambers to establish China Innovation Center in Dubai

Dubai Chambers has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Royal Belt Exhibitions to establish the ‘China Innovation Center, which will serve as a gateway for Chinese companies seeking to establish a presence in Dubai and expand into regional and global markets from the emirate. The agreement was signed on the first day of the Dubai Business Foruma landmark event that brings together senior business leaders, global investors and key stakeholders from the public and private sectors to shape the future of business.

The China Innovation Center, the first space of its kind in the Middle East, is designed to help Chinese companies establish their businesses in Dubai and leverage the emirate as a launch pad for their global ambitions. It will also support research, as well as the commercialization and localization of Chinese intellectual property in the region.

The center will cooperate with the Chinese government at central, regional and urban levels to support regional themed exhibitions and organize trade missions to assist Chinese companies seeking to enter the Dubai market, with a focus on companies operating in key facing sectors. to the future. including smart cities, industry 4.0, cleantech, healthcare technology and advanced manufacturing.
