UAE SWAT Challenge Returns in February 2024

The UAE SWAT Challenge returns for its triumphant fifth year with the enthusiastic endorsement of Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police.
Scheduled from February 3 to 7, 2024This globally acclaimed event will surpass the remarkable success and international participation of the last four editions, which attracted rapid intervention units and tactical teams from all corners of the world.
Major General Abdullah Ali Al Ghaithi, Deputy Commander for Operations Affairs, emphasized early planning in preparation to host this important event.
“The UAE SWAT Challenge has become an important gathering for special units and tactical teams around the world. We continue our commitment to the meticulous and early planning necessary to ensure its success.”

“Their participation in the planning of the fifth edition of the challenge has raised it to international standards, facilitating the exchange of experience between participating tactical teams and exposing them to the latest global practices.”
Al-Ketbi He explained that the Challenge features five rigorous events: The Tactical Event, The Assault Event, The Officer Rescue Event, The Tower Event, and The Obstacle Course. With different requirements, these events promise to test participants in various tactical and strategic facets.
Al-Ketbi expressed the Committee’s enthusiasm for welcoming the participating teams to the fifth edition, looking forward to their participation in a competitive environment that encourages the exchange of experiences and the acquisition of tactical skills.
