Light to moderate winds will blow.
Authorities have issued a fog alert that reads: “There is a possibility of fog formation with a deterioration in horizontal visibility, which may further decrease at times over some internal and coastal areas, especially to the west, from midnight to 10 a.m. on Thursday.”
The alert has been issued for the areas highlighted on the map below:
Temperatures could reach up to 29ºC in the country. The mercury is expected to reach 27ºC in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
However, temperatures are expected to gradually decrease and could reach 20ºC in Abu Dhabi, 21ºC in Dubai and 12ºC in mountainous regions.
The night and Friday morning will be humid, with the possibility of fog or mist forming in some internal and coastal areas. Levels will range between 45 and 95 percent in Abu Dhabi and between 55 and 90 percent in Dubai.
Conditions at sea will be poor in the Arabian Gulf and the Sea of Oman.
