Sharjah Municipality has announced free public parking to celebrate the New Year. On Monday, January 1, 2024, Sharjah city residents will benefit from a waiver of parking fees. The standard paid parking system will resume on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
Vehicle owners should note that this exemption does not apply to seven-day paid public parking areas, which remain operational throughout the week, including public holidays, and are identified by blue parking information signs. However, regular parking rates will apply on Sundays.
