Dubai Realty records over AED 3.4 billion in transactions on Tuesday

The Dubai real estate market on Tuesday recorded 510 sales transactions worth AED 1.36 billion, in addition to 210 mortgage deals totaling AED 1.95 billion and 30 gift deals worth AED 165.56 million, according to data published by Dubai Land Department (DLD) showed.
The sales included 446 villas and apartments worth AED 949.04 million and 64 plots of land worth AED 411.67 million.
The mortgages included 188 villas and apartments worth AED 1.71 billion and 22 plots of land valued at AED 236.22 million, bringing today’s total real estate transactions to more than AED 3.4 billion.
