Fancy a zip line or swimming lake in your residential community? A new $1 billion (Dh3.67 billion) ultra-luxury, low-density residential project is being planned in southern Dubai, with amenities such as equestrian sports, archery and more.
Discovery Land Company Middle East is building Discovery Dunes in an area covering 27 million square feet and will house 340 homes and land.
The project will feature Dubai’s first and only private golf course designed by world-renowned American golf course architect Tom Fazio. It will also be a members-only residence. The developer, a major player in private communities and clubs, is working with global design partners Olson Kundig, Killa Design and Champalimaud Design for the project.
