Government experience exchange program announces new leadership development programs with Kazakhstan, Malta and Madagascar

The Government Experience Exchange Program in the United Arab Emirates has announced the launch of leadership development programs with Kazakhstan, Malta and Madagascar.
The announcement was made during World Government Summit 2024.
The Program is a knowledge-sharing platform that aims to transfer the best experiences and practices adopted by the UAE in government modernization and development.
The leadership programs are designed in partnership with the “Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Leadership Development” and the “Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government”.
Abdulla Nasser Lootah, Deputy Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Competitiveness and Knowledge Sharing, saying,
“The program aims to create unique experiences between the governments of the countries participating in the World Government Summit and the UAE. “Dual programs are designed according to the requirements of each country to benefit from the program.”
He Government experience exchange program has graduated more than 180 government leaders from 46 countries, after participating in various leadership programs, during which they dedicated more than 10,000 hours of training.
This included 30 participants in the Global Government Leaders Program for Global Executive Leaders from 28 countries, 40 Executive Leaders in the Future Leaders Program (ARADO), 27 participants in the Seychelles Executive Leadership Program, 20 participants in the Executive Leadership Program Malta Executive, 25 participants in the Uzbekistan Young Leadership Programme, 22 participants in the Maldives Future Leadership Program and 15 participants in the Kurdistan Future Leadership Programme.
He UAE Government Experience Exchange Program achieved great results reflected in governments and countries benefiting from the knowledge, expertise and pioneering experiences developed by the UAE in government work.
The UAE government created innovative solutions to various current and future challenges, and discovered new avenues and opportunities for development, which form the core of its objectives and approach. Partnerships with governments through the program can build a better, sustainable future for communities and people.
Meetings and discussions with country delegations provided the opportunity to expand the positive impact of the Government experience exchange program. Effective partnerships have been established with more than 30 countries with around 30 million work hours, reflecting the UAE’s efforts to empower governments and create a better future for people.
