Following the success of the UAE Tour Women last week, the Men’s Tour began on February 19 and will run until the 25th. It is the only UCI WorldTour race in the Middle East.
The race, which consists of 980 km in seven stages, includes four speed stages, two mountain stages and a 12.1 km long high-speed individual time trial.
In stage 4, called the ‘Dubai Stage’, runners will cover a distance of 171 kilometres, starting at the Dubai Police Officers Club and ending at Dubai Port.
Passengers will pass through downtown Dubai and the iconic Burj Khalifa before heading towards Deira. They will then visit the desert, the Al Qudra cycle track and the Jumeirah Islands. After passing Palm Jumeirah, runners will launch into a final sprint across Dubai Harbour.
