Sheikh Mohammed leads new promotions and appointments at Dubai State Security Department

Dubai: In his capacity as Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, issued Decree No. 20 of 2024 promoting Lieutenant General Talal Humaid Belhoul and appointing him President of Dubai . He also issued Decree No. 21 of 2024 promoting Major General Awad Hader Al Muhairi and appointing him Vice President of the Dubai State Security Department.
