Dubai Holding announces international expansion of its ‘Leaders of Tomorrow Graduate Programme’

Dubai Holding, a diversified global investment company with operations in 13 countries, today announced the expansion of its “Leaders of Tomorrow Graduate Programme” internationally while reaffirming its commitment to fostering talent from universities in the United Arab Emirates Joined.

Open for applications until 1 July 2024, the transformative 12-month program offers recent graduates unparalleled access to the Group’s diverse business portfolio and a clear path to professional growth.

Beginning with a series of roadshows at leading universities based in the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom, the 2024 edition of the rotating program provides graduates with access to specialized training, one-on-one career mentoring, job shadowing opportunities and strategic projects from the real world in different business units. inside Dubai Holdingportfolio, including real estate, asset management, entertainment, hospitality and investments.

Graduates who enroll in the program will become integral members of a collaborative and inclusive team, allowing them to contribute to exciting initiatives and take advantage of unparalleled networking opportunities.

Upon successful completion of the program, graduates will have the opportunity to pursue a full-time position within one of Dubai Holding’s companies, operating in multiple sectors, including real estate, hospitality, leisure and entertainment, retail, media, ICT, design, education, manufacturing and logistics, among others.
