All parks to close in Sharjah due to bad weather – News

Sharjah authorities have announced the closure of all parks in the emirate due to adverse weather conditions expected over the weekend.
Sharjah Municipality said parks will remain closed from Friday, March 8, taking into account the safety of the public.
The authority added that the parks will reopen as soon as the weather improves.

Hours earlier, the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA) said unstable weather conditions will prevail in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah.
Later that night, it was announced that Ras Al Khaimah will implement remote learning in public schools.
