Dubai villa prices in prime locations double in three years

Off-plan Oqood (contract) registrations increased by 32.6% annually and 5.7% monthly. Ready home transaction volumes increased 30.5% year over year and 9% month over month, representing 36.9% of total residential sales for the month.
