The iconic Burj Khalifa was illuminated with the Pakistani flag on Saturday to mark the country’s National Day.
Earlier in the day, Pakistani missions in the UAE held events in Abu Dhabi and Dubai to mark the day and were attended by a large number of community members, journalists and officials.
Ambassador of Pakistan Faisal Niaz Tirmizi highlighted the importance of strong bilateral relations between Pakistan and the UAE and underlined the important role played by Pakistanis in the progress and prosperity of the UAE.
