Dubai South advances South Bay project with AED 1.5 billion contract for Al Kharafi Construction

Following the growing demand from investors and buyers to own a unit in South Bay, Dubai South Properties unique development and the sale of the limited inventory that was previously launched, the developer has accelerated the launch of the project phases, launching phase four. The company also announced the appointment of Al Kharafi Construction Company to construct phases 3, 4 and 5 of the project in a AED 1.5 billion contract.

The fourth phase, scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2027, will incorporate 138 units comprising three-, four- and five-bedroom villas and a limited number of five- to seven-bedroom mansions. Last year, Properties in Dubai South fixed GINCO General Contracting LLC to build the first two phases of the project and the infrastructure facilities for the project.
