In January, it acquired Prometheus Medical, a UK-based healthcare training and consulting services company that serves Shell and Chevron, among other major players.

More training programs

RPM’s healthcare training centers provide medical, non-medical and lifesaving courses. The company, a major player in medical staff outsourcing, provides qualified technical and industrial staff in the primary and emergency healthcare sectors.

“Another area of expansion we are looking at is expanding the reach of our training programs across all sectors and markets,” Al Khoori said.

The acquisition of new international companies to strengthen our training and consulting programs has already begun, and a new set of training programs will be introduced to the UAE market.”

Foster Emirati talent

RPM, the emergency medical services provider, met its Emiratization targets last year and is “on track” to reach its next target in July 2024, Al Khoori said.

“The company continues to launch initiatives to raise the caliber of UAE domestic talent in line with the Abu Dhabi Economic Vision 2030 and the broader national strategy.”

We have partnered with different entities to ensure the optimization of technological adaptations to guarantee the best and fastest care for our patients,” Al Khoori stressed.
