Initial results of UAE Federal National Council elections announced

Taking to Twitter after the preliminary results were announced, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai, congratulated all participants and wished them good luck.

“Congratulations to the people of the United Arab Emirates on the success of their parliamentary elections! “We also extend our most sincere congratulations to the winners of the Federal National Council elections.”

“We reaffirm our commitment to the unity of the legislative, executive and judicial authorities of the UAE, as well as all government teams from all sectors, working hand in hand to shape a better future for the nation. May God guide and support everyone in his service to the country and the people of it,” Sheikh Mohammed tweeted.
