Foreign Ministry launches automated protocol and visit services

The United Arab Emirates Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) announced the launch of its Visit Service, as well as a comprehensive set of Invitations and Communications Services targeting UAE missions abroad, government and local entities and foreign missions accredited to the UAE, in accordance with the UAE Strategy for Government Services 2021-2025.
He Visiting Service simplifies the process for visitors and delegates traveling to the UAE by facilitating necessary arrangements and ensuring a seamless and hospitable experience. It allows users to navigate the process of obtaining travel permits, organize accommodation, transportation and manage other logistical aspects with unprecedented ease.
Regarding Invitations and Communications Services, it aims to provide high-quality, timely and efficient communication between MoFA, UAE embassies abroad, foreign diplomatic missions, international organizations and government entities. Services include diplomatic notes, official invitations, telegrams and letters, and more, all conducted through a secure online platform to promote transparency and efficiency.

The Ministry has aligned its services with the “We the United Arab Emirates 2031“Vision, and aims to implement the vision of the UAE leadership to achieve the goals of the UAE Centenary 2071 and in line with the Early 50’s.
