DOF launches innovative Digital Platform to manage Public-Private Partnerships

During its participation in GITEX 2023, the Department of Finance (DOF) of the Government of Dubai launched a digital platform for project management under public-private partnerships (PPP).

The recently launched digital platform, called DP3, is unique and specialized in the management of partnership projects implemented between the public and private sectors, during all stages: from the identification and study of the project to the completion of its implementation and the start of its operation. The platform deals with government entities seeking to implement public-private partnership projects in the Emirate of Dubai.

“We are interested in successfully executing the government’s infrastructure projects by expanding the PPP framework under the supervision of the government, to involve the private sector in the implementation of infrastructure projects in various government sectors as well as their operation.”
