Dubai GDRFA launches Metaverse service for customers and employees: how it works

Dubai: You can now interact with the head of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) in the metaverse, a virtual representation of a real place where people’s avatars are located, eliminating the need to visit the department.

For “visitors”, it provides the opportunity to interact with officials in a meeting room in the metaverse.
