Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) offers 350 stylish 3, 4 and 5-digit license plates for private vehicles with codes (GHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVW). The plates offered in this 73rd online auction are topped by the super license plates (O 929) and (V 1115).
Bidder registration for this online auction began on Monday, November 13 and bidding opens at 8 a.m. on Monday, November 20 and continues for five days only.
The sale of license plates in this auction is subject to 5% VAT. Each bidder must have a traffic record opened in Dubai, deposit a security check worth Dh5,000 payable to the RTA and pay a non-refundable registration fee of Dh120. Payment can be made at the Customer Happiness Centers in Umm Al Ramool, Al Barsha or Deira, by credit card via (www.rta.ae) or via the Dubai Drive app.
