EDGE awards AED 239 million contract to supply unmanned aerial systems to the Ministry of Defense

EDGE Group entity ADASI, a regional leader in autonomous systems and services, today announced that it has signed an AED 239 million contract to supply “Garmoosha” unmanned aerial systems (UAS) to the Ministry of Defence.
Juma Al Kaabi, Executive Director of ADASI, saying,
“We are honored to deliver our best-in-class Garmoosha drones to the Ministry of Defence. “With years of experience in advanced technology and autonomous systems development, this opportunity underlines our position as a regional industry leader.”
With the aim of continuing to advance in air operations, Garmoosha It is an unmanned aircraft designed to carry a payload of approximately 120 kilograms with an autonomy of eight hours and a range of 150 kilometers. With a fuel-efficient engine, its sensor capabilities make it a versatile system capable of solving some of the toughest challenges.
