UAE UNION DAY: Dh7.6 billion housing benefits package announced for Emiratis

This latest package included housing loans of all types, worth a total of Dh6 billion, from which 3,714 UAE citizens have benefited, in addition to exempting low-income retirees and the elderly from loan repayments. families of those who died in 2023. The package also included the granting of residential land and prefabricated houses to 1,422 UAE nationals for a total value of over Dh950 million, incorporating the cost of works to provide infrastructure for residential land.

Hamad Hareb Al Muhairi, Director General of Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, said that the royal directives of the wise leaders to disburse the third housing package by 2023 reflect the leaders’ interest in their citizens, who are their top priority and development focus in the UAE. .
