Emirates takes top honors at World Travel Awards 2023 with five awards

Emirates has won five awards at the prestigious Grand Final of the World Travel Awards 2023.
Highlighting everything from First Class and in-flight entertainment to Skywards and branding, Emirates’ recognition is a testament to its long-standing investment in excellent customer experience.
At the high-profile industry awards ceremony, Emirates was named Global Leading Airline to the Middle East for the third year in a row and took top honors as Leading Airline for Inflight Entertainment, Leading Airline Brand and Leading First Class. Emirates Skywards was also crowned the World’s Leading Rewards Programme, an accolade it has won at the last 10 of the 12 ceremonies.
The Emirates’ unwavering belief that Travel is not just about the destination, but about the journey, underscoring its numerous ongoing investments in the customer experience, both in the air and on the ground. The airline’s commitment to raising the bar has also ensured that Emirates remains a top choice for travelers around the world.

The Premium Economy cabin upgrade is underway and 22 A380s now sport completely refurbished interiors. Emirates offers 6,500 channels ice On-demand entertainment in all classes, including exclusives like an interview with UAE astronaut Dr. Sultan AlNeyadi, live from the International Space Station.
