Dubai records over AED 4 billion in real estate transactions on Wednesday

According to data published by Dubai Land Department (DLD) showed.
The sales included 446 villas and apartments worth AED 1.09 billion and 48 plots of land worth AED 1.09 billion.
The mortgages included 85 villas and apartments worth AED 372.3 million and 16 plots of land valued at AED 701.12 million, bringing today’s total real estate transactions to more than AED 4.04 billion.
