Do you want to ring in the New Year with an impressive fireworks show?

Every year, the United Arab Emirates has several locations for New Year’s Eve celebrations. This year, however, Sharjah has decided to ban celebrations in solidarity with Gaza.

So if you plan to see the fireworks later this year, you can head to these locations across the country:

Abu Dhabi

Sheikh Zayed Festival

A grand display will last 60 minutes non-stop, breaking 3 new Guinness World Records in terms of quantity, time and formation.

Yas Bay

The fireworks will begin at 9:00 p.m. and continue until 12:00 a.m. on January 1, 2024.

Four Seasons and Grand Hyatt

The fireworks show will last until 01:00 in 2024.

The fireworks will begin at 9:00 p.m. on December 31, 2024.

Al Maryah Island Boardwalk

Fireworks will take place at midnight to welcome the New Year.

Hudayriat Island

A colorful fireworks display can also be seen from Hudayriyat Island. The show will welcome the New Year at midnight.

Dubai

Burj Khalifa

The classic Burj Khalifa fireworks will also take place at the stroke of midnight. This year, however, it would be a paid event. Tickets have already sold out online.

Palm Jumeirah

An impressive fireworks display will line the island, as residents and tourists plan to gather to witness the colorful spectacle once again this year.

Burj Al Arab

Dubai’s iconic 7-star hotel will also feature a fireworks show that visitors can enjoy as they welcome 2024.

Hatta

At the Hatta festival there are fireworks at 8:00 p.m. every day until December 31, 2023, when there will be a show of lights and colors.

Al Seef

There are also fireworks every day at this place. The shows will take place at 9:00 p.m., but the final New Year’s Eve show will take place at 11:59 p.m.

blue waters

The island will offer live entertainment starting at 7 pm and will end the night with fireworks when the clock strikes 12.

The beach

JBR Beach will also offer views of the colorful fireworks display at 11:59 p.m. on New Year’s Eve.

The popular festival park will light up the skies at seven midnight, depending on the different time zones of seven countries. From China to Turkey, guests are invited to delight in different New Year’s celebrations every hour, from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m.

Ras Al Khaimah

The exhibition, which stretches along 4.5 kilometers of coastline between Al Marjan Island and Al Hamra village, aims to set new records.

Residents and visitors will be able to choose between two events where they can watch the fireworks. A free public event will offer DJ entertainment, kids’ activities, food trucks and a singles and family section.
