Dubai Realty records over AED 2.1 billion in transactions on Monday

The Dubai real estate market recorded 477 sales transactions worth AED 1.66 billion on Monday, in addition to 129 mortgage deals worth AED 430.56 million and 20 gift deals worth AED 60.74 million, according to data published by Dubai Land Department (DLD) showed.
The sales included 431 villas and apartments worth AED 983.33 million and 46 plots of land worth AED 674.53 million.
The mortgages included 101 villas and apartments worth AED 155.57 million and 28 plots of land valued at AED 275 million, bringing today’s total real estate transactions to more than AED 2.1 billion.
