The President of the United Arab Emirates attends a dinner hosted by the President of Azerbaijan in his honor

During his official visit, Sheikh Mohamed visited the grave of Azerbaijan’s national leader Heydar Aliyev, founder of modern Azerbaijan, where His Highness laid a wreath. Sheikh Mohamed also visited the Alley of Martyrs and laid a wreath at the Eternal Flame Memorial.

Accompanying Sheikh Mohamed during his visit to the tomb and the Street of Martyrs were Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and President of the Presidential Court; Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan; and Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Advisor for Special Matters at the Presidential Court.

Upon arrival, they welcomed His Highness Eldar Azizov, Mayor of Baku, and several senior officials.
