Led by visionary entrepreneur Naguib Sawiris, CEO and President, ORA has embarked on a journey that has left an indelible mark on the industry. Sawiris’ initial contact with Cyprus came at a difficult time for the country, when it was in the midst of a financial and banking crisis that made it difficult to find investors even for the promising Ayia Napa Marina project. He also shows how, after visiting the place for the first time, he was also won over by the family values of the project’s local partners, the Caramondani Group.
The iconic project, which includes two iconic winding towers with luxury apartments, has been designed to blend into the beautiful surrounding environment and the crystal clear waters of the Cyprus coast. As Sawiris describes it, the €300 million project is expected to generate long-term benefits, providing world-class yacht facilities, a thriving shopping village with designer shops and more, excellent dining options, an events center and much more, all in a safe and well-kept environment.

Eighteen is a multi-million-dollar flagship luxury housing development, backed by ORA Developers, Saif Group and Kohistan Builders & Developers, who worked together to design a vision of international living in Pakistan.
