RTA announces service schedules during Eid Al Fitr holidays

Dubai Roads and Transportation Authority (RTA) has announced the business hours of all services during the holiday Eid Al-Fitr 1445H (2024) covering customer satisfaction centres, paid parking areas, public buses, Dubai Metro and Tram, marine transportation and service provider centers (vehicle testing).
Service Provider Centers (Vehicle Testing)
Service provider centers are closed during the Eid Al Fitr 1445 Hijri holidays from 29th Ramadan to 3rd Shawwal. Work will resume on 4th Shawwal provided that Just (Vehicle Testing Service) is provided only on 29th Ramadan and 3rd Shawwal 1445 Hijri/2024 Gregorian.
Customer satisfaction centers
All Customer Happiness Centers will be closed during the holidays, provided that the Smart Customer Centers in Umm Ramool, Deira, Barsha, Al Kifaf and RTA Head Office remain operational as usual 24/7. week.
Dubai Metro
Saturday, April 6: 5:00 am – 1:00 am (next day), Sunday, April 7: 8:00 am – 1:00 am (next day), Monday – Saturday, April 8-13: 5:00 am 00 am – 1:00 am (next day) and Sunday, April 14 from 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight.
Dubai tram
Monday to Saturday: 6:00 am – 1:00 am (next day), and Sunday: 9:00 am – 1:00 am (next day).
