Abu Dhabi: The President, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, on Tuesday received His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain.
