Visits also cover required periodic maintenance of medical devices and equipment, as well as assessment of the overall safety of the health clinics and their surrounding environment.
Faris Al Mazmi, Director of the Department of Clinical Control and Audit of the Health Regulation Sector of the DHA, said that the DHA has comprehensive regulations and requirements governing health clinics in private schools to ensure the health and safety of students. students.
Al Mazmi added that these field visits are carried out in cooperation with specialized inspection teams and school administrations.
He said the goal of the inspections is to constantly ensure medical preparedness, particularly for the management of emergencies that require immediate intervention in school facilities. It is also intended to ensure that private school medical clinics provide the highest level of medical services.
