The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure (MoEI) is showcasing an exciting range of innovative technologies and high-tech initiatives at the GITEX Technology Week 2023 which runs until October 20.
Ministry of InteriorThe displays reflect its progress in digital transformation and its commitment to leveraging advanced technologies to improve its offerings and customer services. These include a 3D digital metaverse-based customer satisfaction center that allows customers to request services, submit documents and pay fees remotely by integrating the real and virtual worlds.
Various platforms in the energy, infrastructure, housing and transportation sectors are also on display at the ministry’s stand. They offer comprehensive databases in their respective fields and are used to share information and knowledge to support the UAE economy and improve customer experience.
Besides, Ministry of Interior presents GITEX visitors to your website and app refreshed. With a new look and added features, they have become easier to use and offer a top-notch customer experience.
The Ministry also presents them with a 24/7 live chat feature available through their WhatsApp, website and smart app, making communication between the Ministry and customers easy, effective and flexible.
In this context, Fahad Al Hammadi, Deputy Undersecretary for the Support Services Sector at the Ministry of the Interiorsaying:
