Both organizations will work together on a series of strategic objectives that will leverage their strengths to improve innovation, data monetization and capacity development. The partnership will also allow them to drive digital transformation through a Governed Innovation Centre, which will be led by a team of experienced professionals from both organisations. The Innovation Center will focus on the development of advanced applications that drive automation, better customer experiences and intelligent solutions for shopping centers. These applications will be powered by microsoftAzure’s AI and data analytics capabilities, which will help Majid Al Futtaim to better understand your customers, optimize your operations and create a more seamless and personalized shopping experience.

Under the partnership agreement, both organizations will work together on a data strategy aligned with Majid Al Futtaim’s business objectives to deliver actionable insights and transform decision making horizontally across functions and operating businesses.

Under the agreement, the companies will jointly develop comprehensive end-to-end roadmaps for innovative products and solutions and foster specialized expertise, collaboration and advanced practices in key digital domains such as automation, data, artificial intelligence, experience of employees and others.
Support Majid Al Futtaim To reduce its carbon footprint, Microsoft will also leverage several tools to enable compliance with sustainability standards. In line with microsoftWith a mission to train today’s professionals for tomorrow’s workforce, the partnership will also allow both parties to establish joint training programs, online courses and certifications to upskill employees in areas such as artificial intelligence, computing in the cloud and data analysis.
