Dubai Free Zone Authority launches Dh500m venture capital fund for fintechs

Oraseya Capital has launched its website, which will be the platform for business owners to submit funding applications for consideration by the venture capital fund.
The initiative is aimed at companies in Dubai, as well as “international companies looking to establish their operations in Dubai.”
With the chosen startups, the venture capital fund will take a direct guidance and active participation approach to help companies ensure their growth “rather than investing solely in assets.”
