The NCM has issued a forecast of rain in parts of Dubai as well as other emirates.
It also issued a yellow alert in most of the country, as well as orange alerts in some regions, warning residents of dangerous weather conditions for outdoor activities.
Preparing motorists for the rainy week ahead, Dubai Police informed drivers about the precautions they can take on the road during this time.
Abu Dhabi Police have issued an alert to motorists, asking them to be careful and pay attention to changes to speed limits. These can be seen on electronic signs along the road.
Today’s weather forecast called for lower temperatures and heavy rain.
The lowest temperature in the mountains was expected to reach 12°C, and the highest to reach 35°C in the interior of the country.
