ENOC Group unveils world’s first ‘ENOC Link solar powered truck’ at WETEX 2023

ENOC Groupa leading integrated global energy player, today launched the world’s first-of-its-kind solar-powered fuel station, ENOC Link Solar-Powered Truck, contributing to the acceleration of the UAE’s energy transition.

The announcement, made during Water, Energy, Technology and Environment Exhibition (WETEX) 2023, which will take place from November 15 to 17 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, is in line with the Group’s commitment to supporting the Dubai Clean Energy Strategy 2050which aims for an energy mix that combines renewable and clean energy sources to meet the economic requirements and environmental objectives of the UAE.

With the ENOC Link Solar Power Station, Comprising batteries and solar panels, the entire system including pumps, meters, lighting and air conditioning will be powered by batteries powered by solar energy. Equipped with two pumps that allow two vehicles to be supplied with fuel simultaneously, the ENOC Link solar station has an aluminum tank with a capacity of 5,300 liters divided into two compartments that can transport and serve up to two different grades of products.

ENOC’ GroupThe eLink station requires no assembly and can be easily deployed and relocated to different locations if necessary, without any downtime. The station also includes vapor recovery systems to reduce emissions during loading from storage tanks. ENOC Link meets the highest international safety standards, including NFPA, ADR and UL. To minimize health and safety risks, all delivery personnel are fully trained to follow strict safety and fueling protocols.
