UAE aid ship carrying 4,000 tonnes of relief supplies to Gaza arrives in Al Arish

The ship, which departed from the port of Fujairah, was carrying 3,465 tonnes of food, 420 tonnes of shelter materials, as well as 131 tonnes of medical aid provided by the Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and Zayed Bin Sultan Al Nahyan Foundation. Sultan Al Shamsi said that the United Arab Emirates was one of the first countries to provide humanitarian aid to the people of Gaza, within its commitment to support the Palestinian people during their difficulties.

Rashid Al Mansouri highlighted that this aid reaffirms the efforts of the United Arab Emirates to support development initiatives and projects aimed at helping the Palestinian people affected by the terrible situation in Gaza.

UAE aid to the Palestinian people under Operation Gallant Knight 3 by December 15 amounted to more than 7,523 tons, while the total number of aircraft within the UAE airlift amounted to to 111 airplanes and more than 63 trucks.
