The President of the United Arab Emirates receives the Emir of Kuwait in Abu Dhabi

Also present at the reception were Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and President of the Presidential Court; Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Advisor for Special Affairs of the Presidential Court, and Matar Al Neyadi, Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Kuwait.

As the visiting leader’s plane entered UAE airspace, it was greeted with a ceremonial escort of UAE military aircraft as a gesture of warm welcome to the nation’s distinguished guest. The leader of the escort squadron asked her permission to escort his plane to Abu Dhabi Presidential Airport, welcoming her to his second home, the United Arab Emirates.

The Emir of Kuwait is accompanied by an official delegation consisting of Sheikh Dr. Salem Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah; Sheikh Nawaf Abdulaziz Humoud Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah; Sheikh Mubarak Fahad Al-Salem Al-Sabah; Sheikh Jaber Faisal Al-Saud Al-Sabah; Sheikh Mubarak Sabah Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah; Sheikh Hamad Salem Al-Humoud Al-Jaber Al-Sabah; Head of the Government Performance Monitoring Apparatus, Sheikh Ahmad Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and senior officials of the Emiri Court.
